Our responsibility does not expire with the successful start-up of your new packaging line. We keep on supporting our customers with in-depth training of staff; make sure high quality original wear and tear and spare parts are available anytime; are on the spot with service engineers if necessary or requested; carry out regular health checks and provide emergency aid via modem which is mandatory with our equipment.

Services Project Management

he organisation of training of customer’s personnel and providing all documentation in time come under the responsibilities of the project manager as well.

Only when a customer is fully satisfied with his new packaging line and has signed the final site acceptance protocol we release the project manager from his liabilities. Our after-sales team takes over and is pleased to further care about the customer

Services Field Services

Besides installation and commissioning of new equipment our qualified service engineers are also available for a number of further tasks. We aim to arrive on site for emergency calls at short notice, to get your line running again in the shortest possible time.

Services Spare Parts

Our customised service packages also include all time availability of spare and wear parts for your existing system. We provide original parts for machines years after they have been put in operation. Most of the parts to be produced and also commercial parts are on stock at our site as we aim to reduce shipping and handling times to the minimum.

Services Training

We offer our customers a comprehensive training programme tailored to the needs of the participants – Engineers, Project Managers and Operators. A training course comprises theoretical classroom lessons as well as on the job training. Each trainee will be provided with hand-outs and training documentation.

A first basic course already takes place at the time of the factory acceptance test on our shop floor and will be continued during and after installation and commissioning at your site.

Services Service Agreements

A long term maintenance schedule to carry out preventive maintenance also including replacement of wear parts can be agreed upon.

Our customers benefit from a Service Agreement as maintenance costs are under control and can be budgeted. Beyond customers can be assured that our maintenance recommendations are always followed to keep the equipment running at the highest possible level over its life time.
